Nashville, 26 September 2019

It was fifty years ago that we raised our right hands and swore or affirmed that we would support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic and that we took that obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion. And it was ten years ago that we gathered at Fort Benning to remember that moment.

Now we will gather again on 26-29 September 2019 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville Tennessee for our 50th Reunion.
As this is our 50th, the Reunion Committee felt it was appropriate to invite other family members, in addition to our wives, to attend.

The cost is $235.00 per person, which will cover the hospitality suite and adult beverages for 3 days and nights, heavy hor’d’oeuvres at the Friday cocktail party, and the Saturday night dinner. Payment can be mailed to George Stunyo.

The room rate is $189.00 plus a $20.00 resort fee (which includes many benefits), plus tax and parking. We have a block of rooms reserved so it is important that those of you who plan on attending make your reservation as soon as possible. If we fill up the block, and we know that early, then we can increase the commitment and still get the group rate of $189.00. For those of you that might want to arrive early or stay later, the $189.00 rate is guaranteed September 23 – October 2, 2019.

Randy Pierce, 2nd platoon, is the “boots on the ground” for this 50th Reunion and he has purposely not scheduled any group events except the cocktail hour on Friday night and the dinner on Saturday night to allow more time for renewing friendships, exploring the city or spending time looking around the 9 acres that make up the Opryland Hotel footprint. This resort is something to see if you never leave the grounds.
